The Club was formed in 1981 by a group of young trampers and gained a reputation for taking on challenging trips and celebrating their success. Years passed, they grew older and had families... Current members promote conservation in the region and encourage organised walks on a regular basis. We have built up a good knowledge of the regions walking tracks, their degree of difficulty and wow factor.
